Special worship of Maa Saraswati on Basant Panchami!

Basant Panchami is falling on 5th February. In which you can get education by worshiping Maa Saraswati. According to the scriptures, Maa Saraswati was born on this day. 

Therefore, Goddess Saraswati is worshipped on this day. And the worship of this day has special significance. 

The importance of the festivals of Basant Panchami is especially in North India. On this day people worship the mistress of Vidya according to the complete Vidya Vidhi. And get the blessings of the mother. 

For the special grace of the mother, the mother should be worshiped according to the entire law.

Shloka of Mother Saraswati for getting knowledge -

या कुन्देन्दुतुषारहारधवला या शुभ्रवस्त्रावृता या वीणावरदण्डमण्डितकरा या श्वेतपद्मासना । या ब्रह्माच्युतशंकरप्रभृतिभिर्देवैः सदा पूजिता सा मां पातु सरस्वती भगवती निःशेषजाड्यापहा ॥

Meaning:

Who is white as a flower, moon, snow and necklace, who wears auspicious clothes, whose hands are adorned with exquisite veena, who sits on a white lotus seat, whom Brahma, Vishnu, Mahesh etc. May Bhagwati Saraswati follow me who takes away all kinds of inertia.

शारदा शारदाम्भोजवदना वदनाम्बुजे । सर्वदा सर्वदास्माकं सन्निधिं सन्निधिं क्रियात् ॥

Sharada Sharadambhojavadana Vadanambuje. Sarvada sarvadasmakam sannidhi sannidhi kriyat.

Meaning:

May Sarada, the one who has a lotus-like face born in the autumn, and the one who grants all desires, always reside in my mouth with all the wealth.

सरस्वतीं च तां नौमि वागधिष्ठातृदेवताम् । देवत्वं प्रतिपद्यन्ते यदनुग्रहतो जना: ॥

Saraswatim cha tam naumi vagadhishtatridevtam. Devatvam Pratipadyante Yadnugrahato Jana

Meaning:

I bow to the goddess Saraswati, the presiding deity of speech, by whose grace a man becomes a deity.

शुक्लां ब्रह्मविचारसारपरमामाद्यां जगद्व्यापिनीं । वीणापुस्तकधारिणीमभयदां जाड्यान्धकारापहाम् । हस्ते स्फाटिकमालिकां च दधतीं पद्मासने संस्थितां वन्दे ताम् परमेश्वरीं भगवतीं बुद्धिप्रदां शारदाम् ॥

Meaning:

Whose form is white, who is the ultimate essence of Brahma-vichar, who has spread throughout the world, who holds a veena and a book in her hands, who gives fearlessness, dispels the darkness of foolishness, holds a garland of crystal gems in her hand. I worship the primordial Parameshwari Bhagwati Saraswati, who sits on the lotus seat and is the giver of wisdom.

पातु नो निकषग्रावा मतिहेम्न: सरस्वती । प्राज्ञेतरपरिच्छेदं वचसैव करोति या ॥

Patu no Nikashgrava matihemna: Saraswati. Pragyataraparichedam Vachasaiva Karoti or Om

Meaning:

Like a criterion for the gold of wisdom, let us follow Saraswati ji, who tests scholars and fools only by words.

सरस्वति महाभागे विद्ये कमललोचने । विद्यारूपे विशालाक्षि विद्यां देहि नमोऽस्तु ते ॥

Saraswati Mahabhage Vidya Kamallochne. Vidyarupe vishalakshi vidyam dehi namostu te
